Theorema
Gamification for communication data: make sense of the numbers by playing, and practise making decisions.

The brief
Companies and public bodies collect communication data every day, from websites, social media and newsletters, but it sits on separate platforms, comes in technical language and rarely turns into decisions. Theorema wanted a way to make it simple and engaging for people who aren't analysts: not another dashboard, but a guided path from data to understanding, and from understanding to action.
What we did
We designed a game system around one loop: observe, understand, interpret, act. A single Communication Score sums up every channel; each week brings personal missions built on real data plus a challenge for everyone; five levels and bronze, silver and gold badges reward results that last. At its heart is a mini-game, the editing table, where channel data become blocks to line up on a timeline to find causes and effects. Alongside it we built Nexo, a LinkedIn strategy simulator: pick a goal and your levers, place posts, comments and replies on a monthly calendar, and get scored on the quality of your decisions, across difficulty levels and scenarios.
The outcome
The project was developed and presented at Lazio Innova's Gamification Lab. The simulator is ready as a customisable WordPress plugin for demos, pilots and training. Next on the roadmap: analytics, team challenges, AI coaching and live channel data.
