Mate

Mate is a restaurant built on the meeting of sea and land, with the motto "Diversamente Tipico" (traditional, differently). It already had a new visual identity and wanted to take it to its team, front of house and in the kitchen, and onto the table: recognisable uniforms in the brand colours, comfortable through a busy service, and a touch that greets guests the moment they sit down.

We adapted the logo for industrial embroidery in several colourways and designed uniforms for every role: shirt, trousers and apron for the floor team; jacket and apron for the chef and the pizza maker, plus a team T-shirt. We used the brand colours, sea turquoise and earth brown, chose hard-wearing fabrics, then handled prototypes, embroidery and production. For the dining room we made hemp placemats with the logo.

The uniforms and placemats were produced and are in daily use: the Mate team works the floor and the kitchen wearing the embroidered brand.
